When do we ship your order?

We ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Order placed on weekends can be delayed and processed next business day.If there is any customization required on your order, it might take longer than usual. For example - All customized clutches take up to 3-4 weeks to get delivered. 

Shipping options:

We use multiple carriers as per request -

- Canada post (most cheaper and our primary shipping method)

- We can ship through other carriers upon request as well. Please

Cost of shipping:

There will be different costs for shipping depending on the carrier you choose. For regular shipping we use CANADA POST , they provide great service with affordable pricing. But you can choose more options

according to your needs at check out. If you want us to send it through FED EX, UPS or any other company, just

We charge $10 FLAT RATE on all orders ABOVE $100 regardless weight and dimensions. 

NOTE : If you live outside Canada, you might have to pay duties and taxes which is imposed on goods when transported across boarders. Those taxes percentage is different in every country. 

Duration of shipping:

In Canada for -

*Standard shipping - 5 to 7 business days (except BC and ALBERTA which are 2-4 business days)

* Express shipping - 3 to 5 business days.

In United states - 

*Standard shipping - 6 to 8 business days.

* Priority shipping - 3 to 5 business days.

* Express shipping - 2 to 4 business days.



NOTE : This duration can be affected by storm, stat holidays or custom delays.  

For all other countries - 10 to 15 business days


We handle our products with lot of care and as far as packaging is concerned, we make sure that every piece is packed in a certain way. We keep it snug and secure so it doesn't get damaged in transit.


NOTE: If your jewelry is damaged upon receiving (which is very rare) please check our                           policies.

Tracking information: 

Tracking numbers are released as soon as we get it. While tracking your package please allow at least 24 hours in order it to appear on carrier's website. If you have any issues or are not able to track your package please 

Shipping and Billing address:

Your shipping address will be where you want to ship your items and billing address is what you have for all your credit/debit card. 

*NOTE: If you already placed an order and want to change the address make sure you do it before shipping the parcel. Simply                    and we will be happy to assist you. Also please make sure you write down your address correctly as if there is any mistake, some courier companies charge penalties which will not be covered by Knot in style. 

*RECEIVER REFUSED DELIVERY:  If a customer refuse a shipment there will be extra charges for reshipping (which is usually higher than original shipping), we (knot in style) will not cover those reshipping charges. That will be paid by the customer who refuse to get her/his parcel and if you live outside Canada, you might have to pay for duties and taxes too (if applicable) . 


Almost all courier companies like fed ex, dhl or ups does not ship to PO BOXES. Your residential address is required if you want to use any other carrier than Canada post. The only shipping method to use if your address includes PO BOX is CANADA POST. We will not be responsible if your parcel gets missing or lost due to incorrect address.
